I am the photographer, with years of experience, that specialises in dog photography. I am able to inject the life and personality of your dogs into each photograph, giving you the professional results that you can cherish for a lifetime.


I am based in the Newcastle area, but I am available at any location that holds meaning for you and your dogs to ensure the perfect photography session.

What Do I Offer?

My outdoor dog photo sessions are designed to be flexible and tailored to your specific needs. I am based in the Newcastle area, but I am also available in your preferred location to get the perfect photographs of your dogs in a setting that is meaningful to you. With a minimum duration of one hour, it allows sufficient time to capture high quality photographs while also maintaining a relaxed and fun environment.


Every final image you select comes professionally retouched and optimised for your intended use, from social media to fine art print. All delivered to your own private gallery for an easy download, sharing, and printing experience.

Every session includes the following as A Minimum
  • A 60 minute outdoor dog photography session. With availability for up to 2 dogs. More dogs? No problem! I am able to include your entire pack. (£20 per additional dog)
  • Pre-session questionnaire so I can get to know you and your dogs to enable better planning of the session.
  • Private gallery of up to 30 edited proof images.
  • Including 3 professionally edited final images worth £90. More are available with no pressure to choose right away as your gallery will be available for 90 days.
  • The ability to download, share, and print your final photographs directly from your gallery.

Hello, I'm Michael

 

The photographer, Michael, at Everest Base Camp.

I am the dog photographer - based in Newcastle. My journey as a photographer started when I purchased my very first camera with no idea how to use it. But I wouldn't let that stop me. For me, photography is very subjective and it is far more than just taking some pretty photographs. It's a form of storytelling and an opportunity to share a different perspective on things that may seem familiar.


As my knowledge and skills grew, my hobby quickly transformed into an obsession. I decided to take some time out from my day job to take to the skies and travel the world for almost 2 years. All I had was a backpack of clothes, my camera, and a sense of dread of having no idea what I was doing. It was during this time, I began to realise that this is my calling and I wanted to take it even more seriously than I already was.


As soon as I returned, I knew what I wanted to take photographs of. Dogs. Why dogs? Because there is nothing more pure than the raw, unfiltered enthusiasm of a dog! There is no pretence... only authentic moments where they are unapologetically themselves and I love to use my camera to showcase their personalities and share it with the world.
